Psychodynamic Therapy and Coaching for Executives, Expats, and Professionals in Singapore
Living and working in Singapore’s high-performance environment can be both exciting and demanding. The fast pace, cultural transitions, and professional pressure often leave little room for reflection or emotional balance.
As a UK-trained psychotherapist with experience in Singapore’s financial sector, I understand these challenges first-hand — and offer therapy and coaching designed to help you regain clarity, confidence, and wellbeing.
Psychodynamic Therapy for Professionals in Singapore
My psychodynamic psychotherapy provides a confidential, reflective space for professionals, executives, and expatriates to explore the deeper patterns shaping how you think, feel, and relate — both at work and in life.
This long-term therapeutic approach can help with:
-
Work-related stress and burnout
-
Relationship and communication difficulties
-
Feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, or low motivation
-
Navigating transitions, loss, or identity change
-
Finding meaning and balance in high-pressure careers
Through our work together, you can develop greater emotional awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self — both personally and professionally.
Short-Term Coaching for Focused Goals

For those seeking a more structured or time-limited approach, I also offer short-term coaching for professionals in Singapore.
This focused work can help you:

-
Improve performance and decision-making
-
Build confidence in leadership roles
-
Manage work-life boundaries
-
Adapt to new professional or cultural environments
My coaching integrates psychological depth with practical insight from my previous career in London’s financial industry — helping you bring clarity and balance to complex professional demands.
About Me

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent nearly a decade in London’s financial sector and trained for 17 years as a classical clarinetist, performing professionally. These high-performance environments — both corporate and creative — taught me about the pressures of achievement, competition, and identity.

Today, my work as a therapist and coach is informed by over ten years of clinical experience in the NHS, British schools, and private practice. I hold postgraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Oxford (Psychodynamic Psychotherapy), Coventry University (Psychology), and Moniuszko Academy (Music).

I have lived and worked in the UK, Singapore, Spain, and Thailand, giving me a deep appreciation of cross-cultural life and the challenges of relocation and adaptation.
