Welcome
Welcome. Seeking psychotherapy is a deeply personal choice, and people come to it for many reasons. You may be navigating a significant life change—, a breakup, the loss of a loved one, a move, or job loss—or perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by emotions like sadness, anger, or anxiety. Whatever has brought you here, know that you're in the right place.
There is no "right" or "wrong" reason to begin therapy. This is a space where you are invited to talk freely, not just about your worries, but about anything that feels important to you.
Rather than offering quick fixes or advice, psychodynamic psychotherapy provides a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can truly be heard. Here, you can take the time to listen to yourself, uncover deeper insights, and explore what may be holding you back from living a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Therapy begins when you reach out to request a free consultation. During this initial session, I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy at this moment and what you’re seeking support with. You'll get a feel for what working with me will be like, and you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process. Subsequently you might consider booking you First therapy session. If we both agree that we’re a good fit, we will than arrange a mutually convenient time for your therapy sessions. Therapy sessions are held weekly on the same day, each lasting 50 minutes.
how does psychodynamic therapy works?
Psychodynamic therapy is a powerful tool that delves deep into the intricacies of the human mind, unlocking hidden patterns and motivations. In this article, we will take a closer look at how this therapeutic approach works and why it continues to be a pillar in the field of psychotherapy...

ABOUT ME
I am a British-Polish psychodynamic psychotherapist, accredited by the UKCP, working remotely with clients across the UK and Europe. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy from the University of Oxford, as well as additional Master’s degrees in Music and Psychology.
Before dedicating myself fully to private practice, I gained valuable experience working with clients in London across various sectors, including the NHS, charitable organisations, and secondary school settings.
In my private practice, I offer a safe and confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences. Within this space, I encourage clients to put into words their own understanding of their difficulties, while gently inviting questions that open up broader or more nuanced perspectives. We explore issues not only in the here and now, but also in relation to past experiences, helping to uncover patterns that may be rooted in early relationships. Sometimes, these patterns can emerge in the therapeutic relationship itself—this is known as transference—and offers a valuable opportunity to understand emotional dynamics in a new and transformative way.
